Where do you ship to? We currently ship to the United States. Shipping times vary by product — most orders arrive within 3 to 15 business days depending on the fulfillment location.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your delivery.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact support@musclemrkt.com to start a return.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us immediately at support@musclemrkt.com with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right — no questions asked.

How long does processing take? Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping.

Can I cancel or change my order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@musclemrkt.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is fulfilled.

I haven't received my order within the estimated timeframe. What should I do? First check your tracking number. If there's no movement for more than 5 business days contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
